A personalized song for every person your customers send to, written about them in the genre they love. It's one more reason every Sendoso send gets remembered, shared, and answered.
Recipient
Maya Chen · VP Operations, Northwind
Gift
Artisan coffee sampler · $50
Written about Maya's Q3 launch and her love of trail running.
“Add a song” is an upsell on gifts customers already buy. More revenue per send, with nothing new to stock, ship, or warehouse.
A coffee card gets a thank-you. A song written about you gets screenshotted, shared, and replied to. That's the moment your customers are paying for.
Every gifting platform can send swag. Only Sendoso would send a song written for one person. A feature that's easy to demo and hard to copy.
Anniversaries, promotions, and renewals come around every year. Each one is another send, another song, another reason to stay on Sendoso.
It plugs into Sendoso as it works today: same campaigns, same budgets, same Send Tracker.
A Sendoso user links their account. Campaigns, balances, and approvals carry over untouched.
Pick a gift, flip on “Add a song,” and choose a genre. We write and produce it in minutes.
The recipient presses play, hears their story, then unwraps the Sendoso gift.
Recipients land on a page made just for them. Their song plays, the note from the sender appears, and then they unwrap their Sendoso gift. That order makes it a moment, not a transaction.
